Our Lady of the Angels c1889 by French Painter William-Adolphe Bouguereau (1825 - 1905) of the NeoClassic and Academic Periods, who created modern interpretations of classical subjects based of mythological themes. Our Lady of the Angels, Originally Titled: Notre Dame Des Anges; depicts the Virgin Mary Mother Of Jesus Carrying the Baby Jesus in her arms as she stands on a cloud with Eight baby angels positioned around her feet and two additional angels inside some clouds in the upper right. With this piece I took the liberty to colourize the image; to give the image a more engaging look over the reddish brown colour of the original. This is a retouched digital art old masters reproduction of a public domain image.

I really liked this product, the picture is lovely and the colours are really nice. I wanted it to up-cycle a writing bureau and I was concerned that the paper may be too thin. But it wasn't and it worked fine. On the pictures I have uploaded the print looks a bit aged and not so vivid and new looking. As I wanted an aged patina but the actual print is clearer and the colours are brighter. The colour and prints are good.
