"Owl Majic" Magnet

This painting was created as part of a battle of the brushes in Dawson Creek. The battle was a 45 minute paint-off with 5 other artists, all producing a 16X20 peice of art to be sold after in an action as a fundraiser. I practiced for weeks to be able to create this in that timeline after finally creating the "alpha" version to use as my source material. The painting used paints that were very special - as they are made with amethyst, piemonite and rhondite precious stones that each represent joy and peace.
