National flag of Palau The Palauan flag is light blue in colour with an off-centre yellow disc. It was adopted in 1981, and has a 5:8 ratio. You can personalise the design further if you'd prefer, such as by adding your name or other text, or adjusting the image - just click 'Customise it' to see all the options.
