Paul Signac - Rainbow, Venice Flip Flops

Rainbow, Venice (L'Arc-en-ciel (Venise)), painted by Paul Signac in 1905, shows Venice's Grand Canal with San Giorgio Maggiore beneath a luminous rainbow. Boats, architecture and changing weather are unified by brilliant divided colour, turning the Venetian view into a radiant maritime scene. This oil on canvas is a mature example of Signac's Divisionist technique.

Received these yesterday and as the sun was shining I couldn't wait to get them on! They are very comfortable. I'm a size 5 so I would order the next size up next time but they are fine. The Blue Lagoon design is vibrant and I am thrilled. I've already packed them ready for my Summer Holiday abroad. I've ordered the matching t-shirt so I can't wait for that to arrive.
