This was a Christmas gift from a daughter to her dad who is her basketball coach. She decided on the style and words. One caution, I ordered it over a week before it was needed and was dismayed when it hadn't shipped within a week. The customer representative who took my distressed call was wonderful. She investigated and found that it wouldn't be delivered by Christmas but promised over-night delivery and we received it the day after. He LOVES it! The embroidery was as ordered. Having options for color of embroidery would have been nice.
