I uploaded the design myself. I needed to order multiple samples as the image had a line around it, and am still having problems. Zazzle customer support has been a NIGHTMARE in helping me- telling me to turn the white as transparent off. When it was order and the problem was still there, they told me to turn it on but now i do not have time to place a sample order. I had customer service cancel my large order WITHOUT PERMISSION and made me lose the sale price and said they were not able to compensate me further. They gave me the wrong 2 day shipping code and it could not be combined with the black friday discounts. There is a box around the lighthouse picture that I have been unable to remove before ordering my large quantity for my wedding. I have been ordering samples for over a month.
