I ordered this ornament for a co-worker for Christmas. I used a photo that she had on FaceBook, and it transferred beautifully. So easy, and heavy quality ceramic, really nice. The only problem was that it took much longer than the shipping time promised...almost 3 weeks. By the time it arrived, our office had already closed for Christmas break and she had gone out of town, so now it will be a Happy New Year's present. Really disappointed about that, but I know she will love it when she finally gets it. Beautiful! Nice, deep colors, perfect!
