Personalised Eilean Donan Castle - MacRae Clan Card

Eilean Donan Castle, located in the Western Highlands of Scotland, was home to the allied clans of MacRae and MacKenzie for many centuries. The latter owned the property from about 1297. Across the centuries, the MacRae Clan protected, managed and eventually purchased Eilean Donan Castle, which is now part of the Kintail National Scenic Area, one of 40 in Scotland. The structure was completely rebuilt between 1919 and 1932. This design features a glorious blue photo of Eilean Donan Castle, framed in rich blue and surrounded by the familiar ancient red tartan. In palest blue lettering are "Eilean Donan Castle" and "MacRae Clan" at the top and bottom. Eilean Donan is open to the public.
