the hat was made of very good quality. my son loved it. the name of the corporation could have been a little clearer , but the phone number on it was very clear. i ordered one and realized i had them put the wrong phone number on the hat.called and they took care of it right away.they cancelled and gave me credit right away, and i ordered again and they gave me a new hat with the right number on it .it was my fault. so customer service was great. it was not on time, but cant fault them.not with snail mail.
