Delivery was great and the product is great. It is no fault of the manufacturer but one of the pictures of my beloved pets face is dark. I only wish that they had informed me of this prior to production and I would have sent in a different picture. The product is just fine, a bit more quality control would have made it fantastic. Again, the dark photo is not their fault but a message prior to production would have been nice.

What a beautiful mug, I was really pleased with the mug. The printing was brilliant, wonderful colours
