I ordered several of these and was very pleased with the durable quality and feel. Arrived earlier than expected and the packaging was excellent. Each of the mugs are shipped in thick styrofoam boxes tucked tightly and also inserted into another box to prevent chips or breaks. I definitely will be getting more of these for gifts to families and friends. Everyone loved these because of the four memorable personal photos plus monogram and first name. I'm always impressed with the fine printing on Zazzle's mugs! The photos on the mugs printed better than my copy of photos! Excellent ink and no smears pr smudges.
