Pine Tree Landscape Sweatshirt Canoe Country

As one canoes the lakes in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness along the Minnesota border with Canada this image of green pine trees growing on a rocky island will be a familiar site. The memories of these scenes have stayed with me for the years since my trips there. With help from my brushes and watercolors the memories live on in this painting.
