Beautiful design by "Shower of Roses Shoppe"
Poor customer support. I paid for expedited shipping for my order to arrive in time for an event. Item was delayed several days after scheduled delivery date and arrived after my event. I tried to contact Zazzle prior to delivery to complain about the delivery and was told by a chatbot that I couldn't request a shipping refund until the order was received. Chatbot directs you to a resolution center that does not offer the option to request a shipping refund. .
