We bought this clock for our baby's room. She already had a Safari theme so the owls fit in with the animal theme. The quality of the clock is very good; it does not feel or look cheap. We've had it for a month now and it has worked fine. It is definitely something we would buy again.
The large size is more user friendly for those 3 am feedings in low light. The personalization was excellent. It does not peel or look fake.
