I received no tracking number and it was very important that I had this product by a certain date. For some reason it took the company 5 days to print out basic cards and send them out and I did not have them in time for my party. They also messed up on three of the personalized cards. Words were cut off and one of them was doubled so I was missing a card for a girl even though the receipt had the girls name on it. The few that came out good were nice. Crooked, misaligned and cut off. One of the cards was smudged, too.
