National flag of the Pitcairn Islands The Pitcairn Islands flag is a Blue Ensign flag with the Union Flag to the top left, and the Pitcairn Islands coat of arms to the right. It was adopted in 1984, and has a 1:2 ratio. Note that any distortion in the preview image is caused by compression artefacts, and won't be printed.
