I am BLOWN AWAY by the amazing customer service Zazzle offers! As a COVID-19 bride, there have undoubtedly been many disappointments throughout the wedding planning process. We had two groomsmen unable to attend and I had already printed programs with their names. We found two other gracious groomsmen to stand in and I wanted to honor their presence in our wedding on our program but was afraid of the cost to reprint. Zazzle offered a complete refund/credit towards new printing with the new names and I truly almost cried with gratitude! THANK YOU Zazzle for being so supportive and gracious during this time. I can't wait to continue being a customer and recommend to all my friends and family! Unbeatable customer service and I'm obsessed with the final product!!!! Phenomenal quality!!! I played around with a few different text colors to match our wedding colors and I LOVE how they turned out. Superb craftsmanship! THANK YOU ZAZZLE!!

The design is beautiful and has already received rave reviews from our friends and family. The on-line designing is excellent. Occasionally errors would come up when editing. The way around this we found was to save and reopen the design or to delete the current text box and add a new one. We pushed the lettering right to the edge of the card and lost half a letter on a couple of lines. This was our fault and something a customer should be aware of when buying and redesigning this product.

Nice to use a different size / shape to go in with our wedding invitiation bundle. Good quality as the other pieces we had orderd. Needed to be trimmed slightly to loose the white space on either side as template was hard to configure on software. Easily fixed with a guillotine
