4 stars sadly and not neccesarily due to the artist as much as the template and Zazzle directly. Make contacting the artist an option for reviewing the final work to be done. Whereas in they are available to make changes or read a suggestion made when the template fails. As well as an option to leave suggestions or requests that are actually read and reviewed by the artist so that the order is done correctly. I dislike very much ordering anything online when I only receive half the product quality I am paying for. I.e. this letterhead template was clearly suppose to have the "thin blue line" at the top of the heading. Where is it? Tried leaving emails and notes for the artist to make the change as the template conveniently left it out of my final product before ordering was complete. The product itself was called The Thin Blue Line. You might think that would have been a clue! So please, make this right by making it more user friendly. 4 stars instead of five. The quality is perfect. No issues with that at all and the artwork is also pristine other than what was left out, and previously written about.

The colors and design were just perfect for the project I wanted. The poem I printed turned out perfect and I received many compliments . It really is a beautiful design!! Thank you!
