The pattern uses the three colours of the Portuguese flag, in addition to black, and the silhouette of the rooster of Barcelos in white as the only motif. The result is a pattern that has a modern feel despite the motif's antiquity. It turned out to be very cheerful, this combination. The pattern is simple, reminiscent of the play of shapes and colours on Portuguese tablecloths from years ago. Some images came up with a warning as I was making the blanket but I didn’t have another copy so I went for it.
