I bought this Christmas ornament for delivery to the UK from USA. I only paid £12.11 for the ornament including delivery but on arrival I had to pay a further £2.22 Customs VAT and £8 handling fee to Royal Mail. Normally goods from USA under £15 are exempt from paying any duty or VAT but not from the Channel Islands and the goods were sent using Jersey Post Global based in the Channel Islands. I would not have purchased the ornament if it was going to cost me double on arrival. I am very happy with the goods I received but would not buy from Zazzle again. Very happy with the product.
