The traditional pattern of the original rug has been repeated to fill the long shape of the body pillow and the reverse side repeats the Kilim design. I love this body cushion. With my kittens artwork on one side and my cat lying down artwork on the other I can swap between the two and it's very comfy and snuggly. I broke my spine recently obliterating L1 vertebrae so in combo with a firmer U shaped cushion this body cushion has been invaluable for ensuring I am able to sleep in any position I need to be in. The printing is perfect, really showing the different layers of the watercolour paintings.
