The Lord is in His Holy Temple. the LORD’s throne is in the heavens; His eyes behold; His eyes see the children of men! The Lord examines the righteous and the wicked, and His soul hates the one who loves violence. Upon the wicked he will rain coals of fire, and a scorching wind is the portion of their cup. For the Lord is righteous; He loves Justice and the upright shall behold his face.
