Satisfaction guaranteed is a joke. Have been trying to process a return for three days and the process never completes. There’s no place to send an email. Products are beautiful have been completely happy with three other orders. I just don’t need this one any more. Won’t order again no matter how lovely and the excellent quality. If I can’t get help when I need it I’m not spending my money here. .
