Quetzalcoatl Blossom V 4 iPhone 5 Case

I created Quetzalcoatl Blossom Variation 4 with various filtering, layering, and colour enhancement effects in Photoshop, including among others the KPT filter, and fractal generator, “FraxPlorer”. First named, Abstract Image 957, I later gave it the more specific name, "Quetzalcoatl Blossom Variation 4". Through further layering and colour effects, I explored this basic image theme in eight variations. When first gazing upon the finished image, my initial thought was of a large feathery headdress with a Quetzalcoatl style. However, it was more than just a headdress, for a comparable energy up-wells from within the Earth rising into and even infusing the headdress. So with this image I find myself easily imagining a figure in the lotus meditative position through which this energy blossoms from beneath, and fills the headdress.
