This painting is hand-made and called Pattachitra painting. Pattachitra is a general term for traditional, cloth-based scroll painting, based in the eastern Indian state of Odisha. In the Sanskrit language, "Patta" literally means "cloth" and "Chitra" means "picture". Most of these paintings depict stories of Hindu deities.
This painting depicts the love of Krishna (one of the most widely revered and most popular of all Indian divinities, worshipped as the eighth incarnation of the Hindu god Vishnu ) and Radha (she is a milkmaid, the lover of the Hindu god Krishna in the mediaeval era texts).
