A colourful Notebook with the representation of all the Seven Chakras, each one with a different coloured White Mandala, united in a Rainbow palette. The 7 Chakras are the energy centres in our body in which energy flows through. Each colour representing a different energy. The word 'chakra' is derived from the Sanskrit word meaning 'wheel'.
