The original order was purchased with a logo on the back as I did not realize it came with it. The customer service person immediately realized what I did in error, credited the original produce and assisted me in ordering the ornament without the logo. Both products were received within two days. Service with Zazzle in general has always been above and beyond and the products are great. As usual, the decal/printing was perfect. Never disappointed.
