The Locomotive was Built by The American Locomotive Co.,(ALCO),in Schenectady, NY, September 1967. It is rated at 3000 Horsepower. The Alco Century Reading Lines Locomotive shown in excursion service, with A Big cloud of Alco Smoke, in Jim Thorp Pennsylvania, on The Lehigh Gorge Scenic Railway.The former CNJ Railroad Station is in the background next to the Lehigh Gorge State Park. It’s a beautiful ornament. The silver is nice quality-it is smaller than I expected so just check the measurements of what you need. Turned out great for my son and his girlfriend to give them for Christmas to honor the first home they bought this year! It looks good, just hard to read the text because of the print and size.
