Reading Railroad GP-30 #3601 was Built By EMD Locomotives in 1962. It is shown in August 1975, as it leads a Train in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The Gp30 EMD Locomotives are rated at 2,250 Horsepower and the weight is 240,000 Pounds. The GP-30 was EMD's initial "second-generation" diesel locomotive. A four-axle B-B diesel electric locomotive built by General Motors Electro-Motive Division at La Grange, Illinois. The Reading Railroad Line placed an order for 20 Locomotives.
