Please relax your whole body in sitting or sleeping position, place one palm on your forehead and another on your heart. Try feeling the warm healing flow into your body. Take normal breathing but try feeling it go up to your toes and exhale normally. Read and meditate over following text: I, Reiki Master, Navin Joshi, pray and invoke the Cosmic Reiki Healing to all those who believe them to be part of this universe and that the universe hears all prayers that call for no harm to any one and that confess the wrongs done willingly or innocently and seek pardon for the harm done to your own soul. Believing now that the universal cosmic energy is healing my past, healing my present and healing my future, I thank the universe for its kindness, I thank my parents, my elders, my teachers, my ancestors, my guide angels for being with me now and whenever I repeat these prayers.
