Product is a replacement, (the first one did not work) explained the situation and decided a replacement was required. Replacement just arrived and all working as it should. Customer service was excellent with no fuss at all (very impressed) and the matter was resolved very quickly. (Nine days from initial contact about the first item not working to working replacement delivered). I would certainly recommend to friends. Very good, just as seen on the web site.

I am so pleased with this clock, it is beautiful and looks great in my newly decorated living room! It was delivered sooner than I expected, and was well packaged. Would definitely recommend either as a gift or as a treat for yourself! Go on... you know you want it! .

Came in reasonable time especially since it was overseas shipping and more importantly I'm blown away by the quality. Its not just a cheaply printed picture but acryclic or some other transparent material bonded to the pic. As an added bonus, the clock doesn't make a ticking noise but is silent. Printing / image quality is exactly as i envisaged if not better. Its difficult to get a picture that just right for this use but the one i had worked nicely with white letters, i can imagine some other photos i had would have worked equally well with black. Very happy customer.
