Answer to a Child's Question ~ by Samuel Taylor Coleridge, begins... "Do you ask what the birds say?" and ends with the Lark... "That he sings, and he sings; and for ever sings he - "I love my Love, and my Love loves me!" Coleridge's poem is paired with a page out of history - a Renaissance artist's take on flowers and little bugs, from a fifteenth century "Book of Hours".
