Repro Wm De Morgan Heron (Pairs with Gold Eagle) Tile

The original of this tile, by William De Morgan, is one of two we have from a four tile set that could be repeated as a border or frieze. The other tile, a golden eagle, is also listed. The other two tiles in the four tile set were mirror images of these and the four were rotated to match by alternating upside down tiles with right side up tiles. These tiles are amazing even used individually or just as a pair. See our media section for more pictures. Original De Morgan tiles command very high prices so take advantage of the opportunity to collect our reproductions at affordable prices and enjoy his fantastic artwork.

Really nice image fixed to the tiles in my shower as a background to a soap dish. This was to hide the marks left by a broken soap dish. Just used tile adhesive and white grout. I think it looks good, almost like the drips are falling from the soap dish. No probs. Nice image.
