The watercolor ice cream cones on this birthday ice cream party design are all hand-drawn and hand-painted -- on paper, the old-fashioned way. I wanted to give the party invitation a retro look. The front of the invitation features a strawberry pink ice cream cone, and on the back is a pattern of other ice cream cones -- cake cones and sugar cones, chocolate vanilla twist cones and a big chocolate cone with a cherry! -- that I also painted. Birthdays are for ice cream!
