Whenever I'm feeling defeated, I remind myself that as Christ followers, we are conquerors through our Lord Jesus. Just look at Romans 8:37: "Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us." In context Paul is talking about a number of calamities that befall all of us. The photo is of an autumn coloured Convict Lake in the Eastern Sierra Nevada Mountains of California. Notice the fishing boat at the upper right corner of the text that is placed over the beautiful crystal clear mountain water.
