The ordered book as a good quality design that came nicely packaged black box and a cardboard box. It is a good size and the pages are also of good quality. The floral cover print was a little less sharp than I expected it to be, I was expecting the lines to be a little finer. Product arrived on time. Colours were good and as shown in the online photos.
We were however disappointed with the text printing on the front cover - from the customised text online we had clearly placed the text to leave a margin from the bottom of the cover.
However when we received it the text for the date of the wedding was pretty much on the border of the bottom of the front cover, almost slightly wrapped along the bottom edge. As it was close our wedding date it was too late to return for reprint.
Presumably it must have been a printing error. However, for this price I would have expected the design to be exactly as was provided during the ordering process.

Made this book twice, the first time the spacing was too low on the front, I had just inserted our names and dates where the sample names were, thinking it would look like the sample. Probably my error as I wasn't familiar with the website. I called Zazzle and they credited my account so I could remake it. This time I made adjustments and it was PERFECT! Thank you Zazzle!! Everything was perfect!

I am very satisfied with this guestbook. The cover is smooth and varnished, it looks like its a good qyality. The guestbook is rigid and the customization was done exactly as I requested. I'm very happy about this. Very good. No problem of printing and i love the cover's finish.
