A reference to an historical period from the Book of Mormon where a group of people "of high birth" sought to overthrow the freedom of the people by rigging the government in their favour. The irony is that the "Kingman" are opposed by the "Freeman" or "followers of Christ-this is ironic because Romney as a Mormon should be sympathetic to the Freeman. Obviously, he is not.
