Zazzle honors making sure you like the product. It can be difficult to create something and not review a copy prior to printing a good amount. Even though there was a mistake and I was picky about the cutting - they sent new copies, just in time for my wedding. The alignment of the cutting was a little off showing some white edging, but that is me being picky.

The design is beautiful and has already received rave reviews from our friends and family. The on-line designing is excellent. Occasionally errors would come up when editing. The way around this we found was to save and reopen the design or to delete the current text box and add a new one. We pushed the lettering right to the edge of the card and lost half a letter on a couple of lines. This was our fault and something a customer should be aware of when buying and redesigning this product.
