Do not order this!!! You will get napkins with “The Anderson’s” printed on them EVEN WHEN YOU DO NOT PERSONALIZE! The picture on website is deceiving… shows an example of personalizing using “The Anderson” name. When you order I did not check the box or personalize… I just wanted JOY on napkins. (My last name is not Anderson) When I contacted customer service 4 times they said that’s what you get unless you undo everything… I have no idea what they are talking about because there is a specific line you must fill in to personalize. Customer service was terrible. No refund! Totally disappointed in ZAZZLE. buyer beware! .
