The top hem of the first banner I received was puckered and did not lay smoothly. I called and they expedited a replacement that was terrific. Sadly even with the expediting, the banner didn’t arrive in time before the event but I did receive it and it was better. Printing and quality of the banner was nice.

Our banner turned out beautiful! It’s very durable as well. We’ve had it out now in a major wind storm and lots of rain, and it looks just as good as the day we got it. I’m glad we spent a little more for the grommets. Made hanging it so much easier! Printing turned out just as it showed in the preview.
