Rustic Sunflower Woodland Engagement Ornament

I ordered this for my daughter and son-in-law. They were married in June 2014 and this is their first Christmas as husband and wife. I used the blank heart shape ceramic ornament and uploaded a picture from their wedding. I was able to crop and customize the picture as well as any printing on the back (good selection of fonts.) Because of time constraints, I had the ornament shipped directly to my daughter so I was a little worried about how the final product would actually look but it was beautiful and she loved it! I have attached a picture of the front and back that she sent me. The picture is a little dark but you can see the ornament is a good size and how pretty it is (the ribbon to hang it on the tree came with it too.). The printing was excellent - very clear and beautiful.

His product came out horribly! Both my ornaments are incredible blurry and the hole for the string is much bigger than in the picture so it almost cuts off part of the writing. So blurry, I'm really disappointed! It looks nothing like the image online. The pictures I attached actually look better than the real thing
