Safer Together Safety Pin Buttons

Hate crimes against Muslims, Black and brown people, LGBTQIA people, disabled people, immigrants, non-English speaking people and any others who *might be* continue to rise in the wake of the U.S.'s presidential election. This wave of violence will only get worse under the new administration. People all over are looking for ways to signal to the world they are ready to step in when they see people being harassed, intimidated, and assaulted because of their identity/identities. Many are wearing safety pins. Add a button to your backpack, purse, or lapel to show strangers you will resist hate and are a safe person strangers can reach out to if needed. Safer together acknowledges many of us are not safe but we are safer when we stick together in the face of brazen bigotry and hate. Any proceeds will go to grassroots organisations working to protect marginalised communities. (This page will be edited to reflect the names of those organisations once they have been idenitified.)
