Saint Joan of Arc Defender of France Table Number

Saint Joan of Arc Defender of France Table Number

A heroic and spiritually charged portrayal of Saint Joan of Arc (c.1412–1431), the French peasant girl whose divine mission altered the destiny of a nation. According to Wikipedia, Joan was born in Domrémy around 1412 and, guided by heavenly “voices” of Saint Michael, Saint Catherine, and Saint Margaret, she believed she was called to save France during the Hundred Years’ War. Britannica highlights her decisive role in lifting the Siege of Orléans and ensuring the coronation of Charles VII at Reims — acts that transformed her into a symbol of national hope. Catholic Online notes that she is venerated as the patroness of soldiers and of France, embodying courage, purity, and unwavering obedience to God’s will. Vatican State recounts her tragic end: captured, subjected to a politically motivated trial, and burned at the stake in Rouen on 30 May 1431. She was later fully exonerated and canonized in 1920. Her iconography often includes armor, a banner with the names of Jesus and Mary, and the fleur‑de‑lis, symbolizing her mission to restore France. Ideal for sacred art prints, historical designs, educational materials, and devotional imagery celebrating courage and divine calling.

Arrived in the post this morning and I'm so happy with them! First thing I wanted to do was write a review and show them off to my family and friends. The quality of the photo is superb, the colours and quality of the card is excellent, I paid extra to have the better quality card and I'm glad I did.

We cannot wait to use this at our wedding, and after arrival, we quickly ordered all the numbers for the rest of our tables 🙂 We bought a plastic sale sign, to place them in and love outcome! Very clear design and text!

We used these for our table plan. They’re quite small but enough to write all the names. Great for our lemon theme. As it looked on screen
