This is a photograph of actual Samurai Family Crests that are embedded into a foundation stone at Himeji Castle.
Himeji Castle, also known as the 'White Heron Castle', is the finest known surviving feudal-age castle in Japan. It was an age of Bushido, where warfare, honor, tradition and fealty to the clan were paramount. The Samrai were warriors, but they were much more than that. It took years of training and discipline to earn the title of Samurai and the right to stand shoulder to shoulder with fellow soldiers behind these mystic family symbols.
I think you will agree that these are a unique representation of the Japanese warrior culture of the middle ages. If you find this period in history as interesting as I do, then you, too, will enjoy this hanging in your home, office, or establishment.

I like the design features on the website. They enable the fitting of a good quality Print to an existing frame.
This Print was of excellent quality. I would buy again.
One small gripe is that the image was not centred horizontally (about 3mm out) so needed trimming. No great hardship and may have been my fault in the setting-up.
Next time, I would choose to set the text below the picture to a smaller font.
Overall - Thank You! Looks good in its frame - Just as expected. I had a very expensive Gallery print of this before. It got damaged - hence the replacement. It compares very well.
