Located in Washington State the San Juan Islands are one of the most scenic regions in the nation. The beautiful Roche Harbour Resort sits right on the waterfront. Sailboats come in and go out all day long. International Artist Jennifer Lake was commissioned to produce this piece for the resort in the early 90's. It captures the essence of the harbour at the time it was built.
