My personal favourite photo of this majestic and historic landmark, known as Saratoga Race Course. Fans have been flocking to this landmark racetrack for over 150 years. Every Summer race fans and horse lovers have been counting down the days until the following season. They return to be part of the history, the charm and the excitement of the finest racing in the country. The best jockeys, trainers and owners compete for top honours. The highlight of every meet is the Travers Stakes or better known as the Summer Derby. Past winners winners include: Man O' War, Whirlaway, Native Dancer, Sword Dancer, Buckpasser, Damascus, Alydar, and Bernardini. The Travers is the oldest stakes race in America, first running was captured by a horse named "Kentucky" in 1864. Next season will be the 150th. of this storied and famed race course, we all come to love. This photo captured the only Dead Heat in the history of the 2012 Travers between Alpha and Golden Ticket. I like the design features on the website. They enable the fitting of a good quality Print to an existing frame.
This Print was of excellent quality. I would buy again.
One small gripe is that the image was not centred horizontally (about 3mm out) so needed trimming. No great hardship and may have been my fault in the setting-up.
Next time, I would choose to set the text below the picture to a smaller font.
Overall - Thank You! Looks good in its frame - Just as expected. I had a very expensive Gallery print of this before. It got damaged - hence the replacement. It compares very well.
