The black hull and ivory sails bass by historic railroad buildings, warehouses, and the iconic Portland Observatory, built in 1807. Even in the modern day, this painting gives us a glimpse into what Portland, Maine's working waterfront may have looked like in the age of sail.

The puzzle was ok. The pieces were really small and they don’t include a blueprint to use. Which would be fine if the photo on the front of the box was larger, but it’s also very small and not really useful for details. I don’t think I’d buy another one from Zazzle until they start providing at least some sort of reference photo. .
