Scottish Clan MacLean Green Black Hunting Tartan Satin Ribbon

First off, I ordered 2 yards. I got 1 yard + 34 inches! And that includes the inch I will lose on one end from tiny little holes punched in a row. The ribbon is darker than pictured, which would be fine but the fact that I did not get the length I ordered is upsetting. Darker than pictured but design is good

It looks really great and feels to be good quality. It will be excellent for family gifts and crafting. Overall, I am extremely pleased. By the way, it is a Family tartan, not a Clan tartan. The design was quite accurate and the colours match our kilts, but I was a little disappointed about the position chosen for the tartan. The Kilgour tartan has two very distinctive narrow yellow stripes running at right angles to each other, and one was hidden in the selvedge area so virtually invisible. (See photo.) Maybe it is better in the wider ribbons.
