Scottish Keith Clan's Dunnottar Castle Magnet

The last strong rays of sunlight on Dunnottar Castle, home of the powerful Scottish Keith Clan, is located in northeastern Scotland, south of Stonehaven. The setting rays paint the ruins in a stylised scene of orange and blue, with the grass's green holding its own. The cloudy sky is striped with the same strong colours - and no colour on this design The last Earl forfeited his titles by taking part in the Jacobite rebellion of 1715. The castle was restored in the 20th century and is now open to the public. The Keith clan is fortunate to have other associated castles/homes: Keith Marischal House, Caskieben/Keith Hall, and Fetteresso Castle.
