The Sword Dance is the ancient dance of war of the Scottish Gael and is said to date back to King Malcolm Canmore. Tradition says the original Ghillie Callum was a Celtic prince who was a hero of mortal combat against one of MacBeth's Chiefs at the Battle of Dunsinane in 1054. He is said to have taken his own bloody claymore (the two-handed broadsword of Scotland) and crossed it over the sword of the defeated Chief and danced over them both in exultation. Came in reasonable time especially since it was overseas shipping and more importantly I'm blown away by the quality.
Its not just a cheaply printed picture but acryclic or some other transparent material bonded to the pic.
As an added bonus, the clock doesn't make a ticking noise but is silent. Printing / image quality is exactly as i envisaged if not better. Its difficult to get a picture that just right for this use but the one i had worked nicely with white letters, i can imagine some other photos i had would have worked equally well with black. Very happy customer.
